Kimiko's primary goal is developing customized strategies designed to preserve her clients’ wealth and improve their financial wellbeing. She has built her career by working with international individuals, families and corporations since 1998, when she first became an advisor at Smith Barney in New York City. She wanted to name her firm to reflect this background.
Her passion for understanding financial markets and helping people navigate their financial journeys is what first led her to the investment services field. After holding several significant positions at various prestigious firms for over 25 years, Kimiko then decided to launch her own RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) firm “Manhattan Global Asset Management”.
Through empathy and integrity, her aim is to provide clarity that helps guide her clients through complex financial decisions with valuable knowledge.
Kimiko holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, graduating in 1989. She believes her experience and education empowers her to help clients manage cross-border financial situations, offering tailored strategies for those with assets in both the U.S. and Japan.
Originally from Kamimeguro, Tokyo, Japan, Kimiko resides in the Las Vegas suburb of Henderson, Nevada. She enjoys traveling, golf, reading, walking and listening to music. Kimiko and her husband, Keith A. Rutherford, have three children: Ronni Naomi Inoue Drayton, Takashi Inoue Rutherford and Matthew Musashi Drayton.
Naomi's primary goal is to provide clients with an exceptional level of service that helps make their financial journey a smooth and rewarding experience.
In her day-to-day role as a client service associate, she strives to ensure that every client interaction is handled with care, efficiency and attention to detail.
Inspired by her mother, who built a successful career in the finance industry, Naomi has always had a deep appreciation for the field. She studied and graduated from International Christian University and worked at several PR firms – later joining Manhattan Global Asset Management in November 2024 and bringing with her a rich background in luxury fashion PR.
She believes her experience in relationship management, communication and high-touch client service has equipped her with a deep understanding of personalized client care, which she now applies to her role in the financial services industry.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys traveling, journaling, collecting trinkets, karaoke and café hopping. Originally from New Jersey, she grew up in Florida and California and moved back to the United States after spending seven years in Japan.
